Trusted Optics

Effective: February 11, 2026

Our commitment: Trusted Optics is a digital subscription service (SaaS). We aim to keep billing clear and fair. Plan changes are handled through proration and account credits (so you only pay for what you use), and any verified billing errors are corrected promptly. Payments are processed via SafePay.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all subscriptions and paid services purchased on trustedoptics.net (the "Service"). Because Trusted Optics is a digital service, there are no physical products to return.

2. Free Trial

Trusted Optics offers a 7-day free trial for eligible new users so you can confidently evaluate the platform before purchasing a paid plan.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Depending on your plan settings, access may remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Plan Changes: Upgrades & Downgrades (Proration & Credits)

If you change plans during an active billing cycle, Trusted Optics applies a 30-day proration basis to keep the adjustment consistent and transparent.


A) Upgrades

When you upgrade mid-cycle, we apply the unused value of your current plan for the remaining days as an adjustment, and then charge only the remaining amount required for the upgraded plan.


Credit balance usage first: If you have an available credit balance in your Trusted Optics account, we apply those credits first toward the upgrade charge. Any remaining amount is charged via SafePay.


B) Downgrades

When you downgrade mid-cycle, the difference in plan value for the remaining days is added to your Trusted Optics account as a credit balance. This credit can be used for future subscription charges.

Note: Account credits are non-transferable and are applied to future invoices; they are not redeemable as cash.

5. Service Concerns & Support Review

If you experience any issue or feel the Service isn't meeting expectations, please contact us at support@trustedoptics.net within 5 working days of the issue. Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the problem through support, guidance, or configuration assistance where applicable.


If the reason provided is not valid, not supported, or does not meet Trusted Optics' service review criteria, the subscription charges remain applicable. We encourage customers to use the 7-day free trial to confirm fit before purchasing.

6. Billing Corrections & Refunds (Verified Errors Only)

If a duplicate payment or extra charge occurs due to a payment processing error, Trusted Optics will verify the issue and correct it. Any confirmed overcharge will be refunded through SafePay to the original payment method where possible.

7. How to Request a Billing Review

Email support@trustedoptics.net and include:

  • Account email / business name
  • Payment date and amount
  • SafePay transaction/reference ID
  • Brief explanation of the issue

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on trustedoptics.net with a revised effective date.
